GIVE NEW LIFE TO YOUR OLD EQUIPMENT

GIVE NEW LIFE TO YOUR OLD EQUIPMENT

We Have Two-EPA Compliant Options to Repower Your Legacy Equipment

OUR BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTO SAYS IT ALL!

Look around a typical jobsite today and you’ll see a great number of machines still in use with engines that fall short of current emissions regulations. While this is a testament to the durability of the machines and their engines, the fact is that state and local requirements are driving the need for emission-reduction solutions on this “legacy” equipment. Western Power Products, Inc. provides base engine for replacements or a value-added solution for repowers of John Deere powered and other OEM applications.

Replacement Engine Benefits

  • New engine from the factory.

  • Simpler and more cost effective.

  • Engine is configured nearly to complete.

  • Use existing parts and components; control panel, radiator, air and exhaust systems.

  • Same warranty available as any new John Deere engine, when registered by end user.

  • Even like-for-like replacements (tier 1 to tier 1) have a better than zero environmental impact.

  • We can supply you with a replacement engine for OEM applications regardless of the engine originally used to power it.

Replacement Engine Qualifications

  • Mobile: less than 40 years old

  • Stationary: less than 15 years old

  • Must be an OEM machine

  • Machine prohibits use of higher tier engine (tight space, performance incompatibility, etc)

  • Once replaced, the old engine (core), must be returned.

  • There are many requirements for a replacement label engine and are subject to many CARB and EPA regulations. To find out more information, contact your local sales representative.

Repower

If your machine does not qualify for a replacement label engine, you can repower your machine with a Final Tier 4 engine. We have standard power unit options or can customize a package that fits your machine regardless of the engine originally used to power it. If you’re thinking of repowering your machine, contact your local sales representative.
